The Sustainability Task Force utilizes the Strategic Prevention Framework (SPF) as a guide to help develop goals and action steps for the Coalition to flourish and remain sustainable in its prevention efforts.

The SPF offers prevention planners a comprehensive approach to understanding and addressing the substance misuse and related behavioral health problems facing their states and communities.
